Terms & Conditions

1. Vendor Agreement:

  • The term "Vendor/Vendors" refers to the applicant(s) renting a booth space at FleaHive. "Organizer" refers to FleaHive, the event organizer.
  • By participating in FleaHive, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to terminate a vendor's participation in the event without refund in case of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

2. Booth Fees:

  • Booth fees are strictly non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Organizer.
  • Date transfers are allowed; however, vendors must arrange independently. Kindly notify the organizer during registration about any date swaps, providing details of the original vendor's email and contact number for verification.
  • Resale or reselling of booths at a higher price is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of booth slot and fee.

3. Booth Registration:

  • Vendors are required to complete their registration at the designated registration booth on the event day to obtain their allocated ballot booth number.
  • Kindly provide your name and email address used during the checkout process at registration to facilitate identity confirmation.
  • Booth numbers are not preassigned; vendors will randomly select their booth allocation on a first-come, first-served basis during the registration process.
  • Once booths have been assigned, kindly note that requests for changes cannot be accommodated.

4. Booth Setup & Clearance:

  • Each Vendor is provided with a 120x60cm table and 2 stools. Each tentage will be shared between 4 vendors
  • Vendors are allowed to set up on the event day after 10:00 am.
  • No-show vendors without prior notification may result in a penalty or exclusion from future events. No refunds will be entertained.
  • Vendors must vacate the booth by 6:15 pm on the event day.
  • Additional display items such as racks and boxes are allowed, but tables are not permitted, and displays must not intrude into other vendors' space.
  • Sale items are not allowed to be placed on the ground; all items should be on an elevated platform.

5. Booth Operation:

  • Vendors are limited to selling preloved/secondhand fashion items, including apparels, shoes, bags, and accessories. However, the sale of first-hand homemade accessories like keychains, mugs, and phone cases is permitted. Considering FleaHive's target demographic of foreign domestic workers, it's essential to ensure that the items being sold do not exceed $10.
  • Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling any food items during the event. This includes homemade or pre-packaged food items. 
  • The sale of counterfeit or illegal items is strictly prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to remove unsuitable items.
  • Vendors are not allowed to sell items below $2.00/pc before 4:00 pm.
  • Electricity or ventilation fans will not be provided; vendors are encouraged to bring handheld portable fans.
  • Vendors must clear their booth space after the event and dispose of trash properly.

6. Sales Performance and Weather:

  • The Organizer is not responsible for poor sales or bad response during flea events.
  • The Organizer is not liable for any consequences due to bad weather.
  • The Organizer is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

7. Conduct & Professionalism:

  • Vendors must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor towards fellow vendors, event staff, and visitors.
  • Any disputes or disagreements between vendors should be reported to event staff for resolution.
  • Smoking, vaping or consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the designated event tentage area.

8. Marketing and Promotion:

  • Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation through their own marketing channels.
  • The Organizer may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes.
  • The Organizer may feature vendors on event promotional materials at their discretion.
  • Vendors' consent for the use of images featuring their booth and products is assumed unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Security & Safety:

  • Vendors must conduct business professionally to avoid complaints.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for injuries or accidents during the event.
  • Improper or indecent behavior leading to harm may result in necessary action.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged items; vendors are accountable for their belongings.
  • Any hazardous materials or activities are strictly prohibited.

10. Property Care:

  • Vendors are responsible for any damage to the event site and property, charges to be determined by the Organizer.
  • No properties within the venue shall be removed or shifted without prior approval.
  • Vendors must keep the event site clean and tidy, disposing of waste properly.

11. Amendment and Termination:

  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • The Organizer may terminate this contract immediately with written notice to the Vendor.
  • Such termination shall not prejudice the rights and liabilities of either party against the other for any breach of this Contract.

12. Communication:

  • All communication between vendors and the Organizer should be conducted through designated channels as specified by the Organizer.
13. Parking:
  • No complimentary parking will be provided at the event unless stated otherwise.
